Return Policy
Most of our doors are made-to-order and not returnable. Certain doors may be accepted for return with a restock fee. For more details about a specific door and return policy please contact customer service.
Returns
- In the rare case a return is authorized, the item must be received by us within 30 days of receipt and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Any damages, missing parts or assembly instructions that are determined once your item is received back will be assessed and deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely.
- Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, excluding shipping costs. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- Installing, painting or any other modifications to the doors will void ability to return
Refunds
- You can expect your refund(should one be granted) within 3-5 business days from the date of processing.
- Refunds are credited back to the buyer’s original payment method.
- No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived at our facility and been checked in and inspected.
- Once an order is placed, if a refund request is granted a 10% processing fee will apply.
Restocking Fee
- Most returns(if accepted) will incur a restock fee.
- Scratched, broken, used, missing or replaced parts/instructions will incur a higher fee.
Cancellation
- Orders that haven't been put into production may be cancelled.
- If you need to cancel your order prior to production, please send an email to Support@ReplacementStormDoors.com.
- All cancelled orders incur a 10% fee. These funds cover costs paid to the credit card processing company(which are not refunded to us) and to cover administrative costs related to your order.
- Once an order is placed into production the ability to cancel is solely at the discretion of Replacementstormdoors.com
