Checkout To Delivery

Step 1: Choose Your Door

Browse our inventory online and choose the door that fits your needs. Once you are ready to place the order, proceed to checkout. Your credit card information is secure and never stored on any of our servers.

Step 2: Order Confirmation

Immediately after completing the checkout process you’ll receive an automated email from us with your order confirmation. Please keep this email for your reference. It will contain your order number and your order details. If you didn’t receive the email confirmation, please check your spam folder and confirm your email was entered correctly.

Step 3: Order Review

Once we have received your order, our specialists will thoroughly review it and contact you to get final approval to proceed with the order. The order will be left on hold until we receive your approval, via email, to start production. We take this step to ensure that all the other details are correct. Every once in a while an error was made during the purchase process or a size needs to be changed. Since there are no cancellations once production begins, we want to give you the opportunity to do a final review before manufacturing begins.

Step 4: Production Begins

Once you have confirmed the order and given approval to start production we will relase it to the factory. Manufacturing takes anywhere fro 3-10 weeks depending on the door. Every product page lists the expected lead time. If you have specific questions about a door feel free to ask us via chat or email. We typically will receive a projected completion date from the factory and will notify you of this date via email. The date is subject to change.

Step 5: Preparation for Shipping or Pickup

When the order is almost complete we will contact you to find out your availability for delivery. For orders being picked up, we will only contact you once the order is ready to be picked up. We will include instructions on where to go for Pickups.

Step 6: Pickup or Delivery

Once your door has been picked up or delivered please inspect it as soon as possible to make sure there is no damage or missing parts. Should you find anything please contact us immediately so we can figure out a solution.
